Welcome to the Food Noise Questionnaire (FNQ) Hub. This website facilitates the sharing of the Original English and translated versions of the FNQ among researchers, practitioners, and community members worldwide.

The Food Noise Questionnaire (FNQ) is subject to Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives License, which permits use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that the Contribution is properly cited, the use is noncommercial, and no modifications or adaptions are made. Permission is not needed to use the translated survey from the research team that completed the translation. Translations have not been validated by Pennington Biomedical. Please contact the research team to discuss the status of the validation of that particular translation or should you have any questions about the translation methods, etc.

In addition to the translations detailed below, the FNQ is currently being translated into Icelandic, Arabic, French, Polish, Spanish (ESP), Japanese, Spanish (Mexico), Latvian and Korean. To request translation of a language that has not been listed on the above or the below list, please reach out to Alexandra.Nauta@pbrc.edu for permission to translate FNQ in another language.
