Tiffany Stewart, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in health
behavior in high performance populations, including military and athletes. She has
specialized expertise in disordered eating and weight optimization. Dr. Stewart is
a member of the Obesity Society, the Academy of Eating Disorders, the Eating Disorder
Research Society, and the American College of Sports Medicine. Healthy eating, exercise,
sleep, and mental health habits of Soldiers, dependents, and veterans have become
a key priority for the U.S. Army. Dr. Stewart has a 20-year ongoing collaboration
with the Department of Defense on trials with Active Duty, Reserves, National Guard,
and Veterans. This work includes studies examining the efficacy of technology-based
programs for U.S. Army Soldiers and military families that incorporates behavioral
training for sleep, nutrition, fitness, mental health, and resilience. She is co-director
of the Center for Military Performance and Resilience.
