Research Interests

Dr. Ghosh’s research employs integrative bioinformatics and machine learning tools for investigating the genetic and genomic architectures underlying cardio-metabolic disorders, with a special focus on biological pathways and interaction networks, and with the goal of identifying and functionally validating novel disease gene candidates and biomarkers of disease processes.
