Research Interests

The Adiposity, Lifestyle, and Metabolic Health (PHAT) Lab investigates how adults with overweight and obesity respond to diet and exercise interventions, with a focus on how changes in adiposity influence cardiometabolic health outcomes. Through clinical trials and translational research, the goal of the PHAT Lab is to inform effective lifestyle interventions and strategies that improve metabolic health and reduce disease risk.
