Research Interests

Dr. Braymer collaborates with the Experimental Obesity Laboratory, studies of which include the mechanisms through which the pentapeptide enterostatin regulates dietary fat intake, and exploring the role dietary fat plays in the induction of leptin resistance and its role in the development of dietary obesity.
