The following resources provide information on the U.S. Dietary Guidelines for 2020-2025, MyPlate and the DASH Eating Plan (a.k.a. the DASH Diet). The DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) eating plan is an eating plan developed through research that lowers blood pressure and LDL cholesterol in the blood.
