8:15 am – 9:00 am REFIT Fitness Demonstration
Provided by Woman’s Center for Wellness REFIT combines several elements of fitness into one power-packed session. While the focus is structured around Cardio Dance movements, toning and flexibility, strength training and stretching are also incorporated into this fun workout that is great for any age or fitness level.
9:15 am – 11:15 am

Fit for You: One-on-one fitness assessments and exercise tips provided by local fitness professionals. Free chair massages for participants.
Participating organizations: Go Physical Therapy, MaxFitness, Spectrum Fitness & Medical Wellness, YMCA of the Capital Area, and St. Michel Day Spa

9:15 am – 10:00 am 1st Breakout Session – 6 presentation options
