Study TypePhysical Activity
Study PurposeThe purpose of this research study is to measure and link cadence (steps per minute) with increasing intensity across several ages in children and adolescents.
About the StudyAlthough children and adolescents also engage in sedentary activities, data has consistently demonstrated that children take more steps/day than adult populations. To highlight, if there is any single physical activity that is necessary to be measured and motivated in children, it is walking.
