Research Study Coordinator
The Pennington Biomedical Research Center, a research facility of the Louisiana State University System, is seeking to hire a Research Study Coordinator for the Institute for Dementia Research and Prevention. The individual will be involved in maintaining longitudinal studies of aging and dementia by enrolling and re-evaluating participants annually. Duties associated with this position will include participant scheduling, data entry and the maintenance of participant charts. The individual in this position will also be expected to provide input on identifying/implementing solutions which ensure the long term success of ongoing research efforts. Individuals in this position may also have the opportunity in the future to participate in other research opportunities such as clinical trials for Alzheimer's disease and/or mild cognitive impairment.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree. Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related field preferred. Experience in the field of Neuropsychological testing preferred; possess strong communication skills.
