||The Department of Preventive Medicine at Pennington Biomedical Research Center is offering a non-paid trainee opportunity available to an undergraduate, graduate or postgraduate college student with an interest in lifestyle interventions, clinical assessments, data management, exercise testing or scientific writing.
This trainee experience will provide exposure to clinical research trials. Interns are required to participate in campus-wide rotations for a well-rounded view of clinical research. Interns will be required to complete a special project which is an opportunity for hands on experience in data collection, analysis and presentation. Trainee will learn about exercise interventions for clinical research trials; trainee will gain diverse exposure and experience to clinical studies, protocols and implementation.
Trainee may earn up to 3-6 hours of curriculum credit; student enrollment requirements apply.
