The Office of Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property and Regulatory Affairs works with investors, businesses, and other interest groups to ensure the intellectual property owned and developed by Pennington Biomedical Research Center serves the needs and benefits of its researchers, faculty, the public, and the state of Louisiana.
 
The office specializes in identifying, protecting, marketing, licensing, transferring and commercializing the intellectual property of Pennington Biomedical Research Center. Our goal is to make each of these processes as convenient and beneficial as possible to the researchers and employees of Pennington Biomedical Research Center.
