1. Regulation of cytokine transport across the blood-brain barrier (BBB) by inflammation stimuli.

2. The modulation and the underneath mechanisms of intracellular trafficking of peptides and proteins across cerebral endothelial cells by cytokines

Other Research Interests:
1. modulation of BBB, both in vivo and in vitro cellular model, functions by LPS and TNF.

2. Molecular mechanisms of TNF-induced MDR1 gene expression in RBE4 cells.
